Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thanks for ordering from PlumbElecPro. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build.

Cancellation Policy for Advance Payment:

1. Full Refund: If the customer cancels the service more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the slot, a 100% refund will be provided.
2. Partial Refund: If the customer cancels the service between 24 hours to 3 hours before the scheduled start time, a 75% refund will be provided.
3. Minimal Refund: If the customer cancels the service less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% refund will be provided.
